ADVANTAGES OF CHOCKFAST RED

1.  Low curing temperature allows up to 24-inch pours without worry and extends working time.

2.  Low coeffecient of thermal expansion makes it the most compatible grout with concrete and steel.

3.  Low shrinkage (0.00002 in./in.) reduces possibility of edge lifting and assures solid
monolithic foundation block.

4.  Advantages 1-3 above make CHOCKFAST RED the most crack-resistant grout available.

5.  High tensile strength, compressive strength, flexural strength, creep resistance and superior vibration damping makes CHOCKFAST RED a very versatile and reliable grout.

ADVANTAGES OF CHOCKFAST BLUE

CHOCKFAST BLUE is a high-strength, high-performance grout used for severe applications. It is often used as a grout cap where CHOCKFAST BLACK or ORANGE sets. Recommended thickness range of CHOCKFAST BLUE is 3/4" to 1 1/2" (18-38mm) and it completely cures in 24 hours at 72°F.

Packaged as two-part grout (aggregate pre-mixed into resin can), CHOCKFAST BLUE mixes easily with a portable mixer, is very flowable, and is excellent when used as a heat-resistant, insulating grout cap.

ADVANTAGES OF EPOXY CHOCKS

1.  Superior permanent alignment assures a significant reduction of damage to crankshafts, crankcases, and bearings.

2.  4 1/2 times the friction between chock and frame than that of steel chocks - resist horizontal movement and chock working loose.

3.  Eliminates need of costly machining and hand fitting.

4.  Free flow of air - reduces frame temperatures, "humping";  of foundation.

5.  Epoxy chocks are insulators - further reducing heat and vibration transferred to foundation when compared to steel chocks or "full-bed grouting".

6.  Resist fretting or corrosion on bottom of frame often seen with steel chocks.

7.  Quick and easy installation and material pricing greatly reduces cost.
